• Transaction & Listing Information: Listing details, property address, photos, remarks, documents you upload, offer details, task/checklist items, signatures, audit logs, timestamps, and communications.
• Communications: Messages, emails, chat, call logs (metadata), and support tickets.
• Payment Information: Billing contact details and payment method tokens processed by our payment processor (we typically do not store full card numbers).
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser/device identifiers, cookies, log files, pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, and performance metrics.
• Location Data: Approximate location from IP; if you enable location features, we may use more precise location.
• Marketing Preferences: Opt-in/opt-out status.

Certain listing information may be displayed publicly if you choose to publish a listing to the public site. Public listing pages may be indexed by search engines. Do not upload sensitive personal information into public fields.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type (e.g., transaction audit logs may be retained longer).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
